So, our kits arrived today.To join the national bone marrow registry.
And it really was as simple as 1, 2, 3:
 | STEP 1. Tore open the package that came in the mail today (ordered online last week from here) |
 | STEP 2. Swabbed inner cheeks with the enclosed cotton swabs |
 | STEP 3. Sealed the postage-paid envelope and left it out for the mailman |
And that's about it. Did it while watching the Today Show, even. Didn't have to leave my house or even let my tea get cold.
No excuses, people. It's your turn.
